Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where applicable. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.

UK Shipping We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Delivery Times Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and begin once your order has been dispatched. While we aim to meet these estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including weather conditions, postal service disruptions, or peak seasonal periods.

Tracking Your Order Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us.

Incorrect Shipping Information Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. For A Moment cannot be held responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Lost or Delayed Deliveries If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the issue. Parcels are not considered lost until the courier's investigation period has been completed.

Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will work to provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

International Shipping At this time, For A Moment primarily serves customers within the United Kingdom. International shipping options may be introduced in the future.
