Thank you for shopping with For A Moment. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please review our returns and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • Be unused and unopened
  • Be in their original packaging
  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Include proof of purchase

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of skincare products that have been opened, used, or tampered with unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

How to Request a Return

Please include your order number, full name, and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect, arrives damaged, or is faulty. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing period: check your bank account, then contact your payment provider, then your bank. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
